Boxercise is a pure Cardiovascular work out with no contact. It is based upon the basic principles of boxing. It will incorporate all punches and fitness drills that a Boxer would use to train to compete. These drills will work all areas of your body and core muscles that will help to tone your body as well as those looking for a weight loss program. No experience or fitness level is required as you go to your own pace as your fitness and ability will develop naturally in time.
