Boxercise is a pure cardiovascular work out based on the principles of Boxing. A high energy class, that is fast paced, and great for toning up. Although this is based on the principles of Boxing, there is no contact or sparring in these sessions. These sessions are purely pad work based and a circuit training set up.

Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. With a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to push as hard as you want to go, but also as relaxed as you want to go. Always work withing your fitness level and simply enjoy yourself.
